hawaiian style furikake chex mix recipe ✨ • 1 box corn chex • 1 box rice chex • 1 box honeycomb cereal • 1 bag bugles • 1 bag fritos • 1 cup furikake • 1/2 cup Karo syrup • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted) • 2/3 vegetable oil • 2/3 cup sugar • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Instructions: • Preheat oven to 250F • In a large pan, place the corn chex, rice chex, honeycomb, bugles, and fritos • Make the syrup together in a saucepan: butter, karo syrup, vegetable oil, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce (don’t be like me and added the ingredients for the syrup instead of mixing it all together first 😅) • Once the syrup is melted, mix with the chex mix in the large pan and mix • Sprinkle furikake over the chex mix • Bake for 1hr to 1.5hr - make sure to mix every 15-30 minutes
